At Gumball, we stand by the freshness of our products; if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, you can request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, all returns must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Return Process

Log into your Gumball account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

For quality concerns or shipping damage, please upload clear photos of the product and packaging to help our team process your claim quickly.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer support team.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
